Where we reference a result, it is real, time-bound, attributable to a named engagement, and produced from a first-party source we can show on request. Where we describe what we have delivered for a client, we describe it in absolute terms — what we built, what we set up, what they now have that they didn’t have before — rather than in percentages that depend on where they started.

Digital marketing depends on many factors that sit outside our control: your market, your product, your pricing, your existing brand, your sales process, your team’s ability to follow up on leads, and the time horizon you are working to. All three require evidence on file before a quantitative claim is published — not after a complaint, not when a journalist calls, but before the claim goes out.
We chose to build that compliance posture into the agency before we built our marketing. The numbers we do publish are ones we can produce the evidence for. The descriptions we use are descriptions we can stand behind. Everything else, we don’t say.
